Quick Savoury Bread (without baking powder or baking soda)

Description:
A good accompaniment for scrambled eggs!
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground millet (optional)
- 1 small egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ghee
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder (or any spice/dry herb)
- Pineapple juice or any compliant juice
How to make it:- Whisk egg
- Add ghee and sea salt and whisk again
- Blend in flours & spice
- Mix well by adding pineapple juice till you get a creamy batter
- Leave mixture to soak for 10 minutes
- Spread on parchment paper
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180C
