Spelt Biscuits

Ingredients:- 2 cup spelt flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup rice/soy milk plus 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
How to make it:- Preheat oven to 425.
- Grease baking sheet.
- Combine dry ingredients and add buttermilk or substitute until just blended.
- Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
