Spelt Biscuits

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup rice/soy milk plus 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Grease baking sheet.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add buttermilk or substitute until just blended.
  4. Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes.
