Pumpkin Smoothie with Yogurt

A Betty Crocker original recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 6 ounce vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
How to make it:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover.
  2. Blend on high for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
  3. Makes 2.
