Turkey Sausage

Ingredients:- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if allowed)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (if allowed)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper (if allowed)
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoons dry onion flakes
- 2 Tablespoon compliant bread crumbs or cooked rice (optional)
How to make it:- Mix well.
- Form into small patties.
- Fry in ungreased skillet.
