Turkey Sausage

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if allowed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (if allowed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper (if allowed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 teaspoons dry onion flakes
  • 2 Tablespoon compliant bread crumbs or cooked rice (optional)
How to make it:
  1. Mix well.
  2. Form into small patties.
  3. Fry in ungreased skillet.
