Trout with Sour Cream Cucumber Sauce

easy trout recipe with Greek flavor
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup grated, peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 tsps. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 rainbow trout fillets (6 oz. each)
How to make it:- Combine cucumber, sour cream, yogurt, lemon rind, lemon juice and dill in a bowl; set aside. Sprinkle salt over trout; place trout on a broiler pan lightly coated with olive oil. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Spoon 1/4 cup of sauce over each fish fillet.
