Cooked Baby Carrots


Great way to get the kids to eat there veggies.

  • 2 to 3 cups Baby Organic Carrots
  • 1/4 water
  • 1/4 maple syrup
  • Skirt of agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup organic apple juice(100%pure) or apple cider
  • Spoonful of compliant butter
  • Dash of cinnamon
How to make it:
  1. Get all liquid ingredients boiling in a saucepan.
  2. Add baby carrots & dash w/cinnamon.
  3. Reduce temp to low and cook apprx 20 min with lid on pot.
  4. Carrots will be sweet and tasty.
  5. Ingredients can be adjusted to fit your BT.
