Cooked Baby Carrots
Description:
Great way to get the kids to eat there veggies.
Ingredients:- 2 to 3 cups Baby Organic Carrots
- 1/4 water
- 1/4 maple syrup
- Skirt of agave syrup
- 1/4 cup organic apple juice(100%pure) or apple cider
- Spoonful of compliant butter
- Dash of cinnamon
How to make it:- Get all liquid ingredients boiling in a saucepan.
- Add baby carrots & dash w/cinnamon.
- Reduce temp to low and cook apprx 20 min with lid on pot.
- Carrots will be sweet and tasty.
- Ingredients can be adjusted to fit your BT.
