Stir Fried Shrimp and Vegetables

Description:

Main dish for Lunch or Dinner.

Ingredients:
  • olive oil
  • garlic, minced
  • onion, chopped
  • carrots, sliced
  • broccoli
  • shrimp
  • sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Start by putting water to boil.
  2. Cut the broccoli flowers and slice the carrots.
  3. Blanch them in the boiling water.
  4. Heat a skillet with olive oil and saute the garlic.
  5. Add sliced onion.
  6. Add the shrimp, then season with sea salt.
