Dani's Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten Free)


This recipe is easy to make and only has three ingredients.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup peanut butter
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-1/2'' balls and flatten with a fork on the cookie sheet about an inch apart.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
