Ingredients:
  • Ghee for griddle
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sweet Potato Flour
  • 1/4 cup Milled Flax Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon [baking powder Recipes]
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. In separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
  3. Combine the two.
  4. If you let it sit a bit, it will thicken up slightly.
  5. Ghee up the griddle and cook.
  6. Do not over cook. Enjoy!!
