Lentil Soup
Description:
A hearty soup for a cold winter's meal.
Ingredients:- 1 package dried lentils
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2-3 portobello mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 Vegex cubes (vegetable boullion)
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt
- 6 cups water
- 8 ounces tomato sauce, optional
How to make it:- Bring to a boil, then turn down heat.
- Simmer for about 1 hour.
