You will need either 6-8 plastic popsicle containers for the nutritious snack.
  • You may use either all natural organic wheat grass juice or the brand name bolthouse farms green goodness drink. Pour the drink into the popsicle containers, place in freezer overnight and enjoy this healthy and nutritious snack for family and friends the next day. Can use anytime of the year, but is best enjoyed in the summer when the weather just right.

  • Best Used By Blood Types:
    • Type A (0 beneficials)
    • Snack
    • Just the all natural organic wheat grass juice or bolthouse farms green goodness drink to fill containers.
    • Enough juice to fill containers.
    How to make it:
    1. No preparation needed. Just the time needed overnight to freeze the greens drink.
