General Description:

Carrot juice is an excellent source of beta-carotene, potassium, trace minerals, and anticancer nutrients including phthalide and glutathione (antioxidants). Yellowish coloration of the skin may occur when large amounts are consumed. This coloration is harmless, and will fade when consumption is reduced.
