General Description:
A diet of crab and other CRUSTACEANS gives the tilefish a marvelously delicate flavor. This Atlantic-based fish is multicolored and dotted with distinctive yellow spots. Its lowfat flesh is very firm yet tender. The tilefish ranges from 2 to over 50 pounds. Atlantic tilefish is available fresh and frozen in whole (smaller ones), steak and fillet forms. It's suitable for almost any method of cooking. |
