DESCRIPTION: i am a healthy person eating a vegetarian diet (34 years old) but cutting out bananas, mangoes, wheat, and cashews hugely changed the way i am feeling overall. I ate raw food for about a year and felt really great but it was simply impoosible to keep up the lifstyle living in the city. I havent really felt that great since going back to cooked food or should i say that i noticed that my enegy level would shift and move a lot according to what i ate. After reading the book i get the best of raw (garlic, ginger, fresh greens, fruits) and the best of cooked (soy, buckwheat etc..). The notes about exercise really make sense and im feeling great. thank you thank you. My wife has been vegetarian for 15 years (40 years old) and is type o positve. Moving back to eating animal protein freaked her out a bit a first but she noticed that a lot of physical pain in her neck and shoulders vleared up almost overnight!feel free to use any of this in anyway youd like
