DESCRIPTION: I used to be a very congested person, but the new diet has made me much healthier and medicine-free. I follow it almost to the tee except for a little bit of bread now and then. The big question I have concerns pasta. Semolina pasta is neutral for me, but I should avoid durum wheat. Since most semolina pasta claims to be made from durum wheat, then why is it neutral? The book does not go into this distinction. If you could e-mail an answer to me about this, I would be very appreciative. Do I need to avoid everything containing traditional wheat? Look forward to hearing from you. My mother who bought me the book has the same question.
