I wrote awhile ago that I had lost 70 pounds. Now I have lost over 80 pds and feel great. I now have the confidence to date and enjoy life. For the first time I feel confident enough in my weight that I gave my fat clothes to charity. You have changed my life and it was so easy. Virtually no struggle at all. Walked 5 miles yesterday with no struggle at all. Up and down hills - no problem. This may be silly but it also feels great to know that men look at men again because I'm pretty. H ...

I was finally able to lose weight by following the suggestions in your book. I am 5'8" and 135 lbs now. I was at 145-150 lbs. in spite of running 35+ miles per week (8 minute miles)and weight training 2X/week. My digestion/elimination is also MUCH improved. I still have asthma, horrible allergies (dust, pollen, animal dander, molds) and eczema, but even these seem to be improving. Thank you so much for sharing this information!!!!

I lost 20 pounds in 4 months, and my general sense of well being and energy level are more steady. Also I'm not as affected by Seasonal Light Disorder

Type: A | Gender: Female | Age: Young | Effect: Significant
The greatest indicator has been when I have not adhered to good choices. The four days I spent eating meals at my Grandmothers and Mom's made feel awful around Easter time. Even just eating a small Tuesday brunch at Mom's leaves me feeling lethargic and bloated, not to mention that the mucuc build-up within 24 hours. I'm particularly careful to stay away from items on the Avoid List when our choir will be singing at church. Otherwise I croak. I am not sure how my condition could be ver ...

Type: A | Gender: Female | Age: Middle | Effect: Significant
The information explained the food intollerances I have lived with for years, digestive problems, cancer, food addictions. Lost weight, more energy. Some foods on the A list, I cannot eat - onions, yogert, wheat products. I can now eat a much wider variety of foods. I had eliminated entire catagories of food, such as grains, because of being sensitive to wheat. About 25 friends and relatives have bought the book and are exploring the possibilities for their type. Thank you very much!

Type: O | Gender: Male | Age: Young | Effect: Significant
Lossing weight and feeling better. I think I am reaching a plato at 1 month. Diet makes sense and has not been as hard as I thought to stick to. I have recommended this diet to freinds and family.

Type: A | Gender: Female | Age: Middle | Effect: Significant
I have been fighting my weight all my life. I actually followed a vegetarian eating plan for two years but gained weight. I think this was mostly due to the fact that I quit eating meat but never really compensated the lack of meat (all kinds) with another protein. I tended to eat more grains (whole wheat) to fill me up. I also have a terrible sweet tooth (sugarholic) and was also using artificial sweetners. I no longer use the artificial sweetners which I think contributed to my sweet ...

Within the first four days my stomach felt better and my elimination improved. My previous diet was quasi-vegetarian including an avocado a day(just about), alot of "organic tortilla chips", alot of raw vegetables including the ones that were on my avoid list. I consumed pasta, breads, grains and very little protein. Even though I've only been practicing this way of eating for just under a month, I can tell the difference in my energy levels and general enthusiam for life. It may sound ...

The crushing fatigue that followed almost every meal disappeared and along with it the need for No-Doz. My blood pressure dropped from 155/85 to 120/80. I no longer take Tums all day long. I am no longer constantly hungry. My weight is going down even though I don't weigh, measure or count calories with my food. People have commented that I seem brighter. My doctor loves the results. He gave me the book to check out initially. I was never really sick, but I was not really well.

Energy levels remain the same, metabolism is extremely slow, never feel hungry - eat approx. 1 salad every other day. Never catch a cold / never ill. Hyprothryroidism remains the same - addressed by Synthroid daily - no weight loss in the year of following the diet and would like to lose approx. 20 lbs. Most signigicant positive change is in decrease of arthitic symptoms in shoulders & knees. Most significant negative change is going from clear face and body complexion to chronic exzem ...

Type: AB | Gender: Female | Age: Middle | Effect: Significant
I have noticed changes in emotional well-being, major, wonderful changes. After six weeks on the diet, it appears that I am losing weight as well. I follow a gluten-free diet as well as strict food combining. The AB diet appears to be the missing link. I LOVE this diet! Thank you. I want to know more about the RH- factor, secretor/non-secretor and MN. I have tried some food "challenges" with corn, garbanzos and peppers. Just as I am not tempted to eat anything that will bring on Celiac ...

Count me as one of those type A's who does not do better on a low fat, high carbohydrate diet nor as a vegetarian. Not only do I feel depressed and de-energized on such a diet, but I also gain weight rapidly. I tried it out for three months and gained about 15 pounds. I continue to follow the "avoid" and "favorable" lists just in case there are longterm benefits, but I use animal products among my protein sources and I am a Zoner, and doing very well at it. Losing weight slowly but ste ...

Type: A | Gender: Male | Age: Middle | Effect: Significant
I do have the book "Eat Right for Your Type" and have followed it precisely. I'm discovering that a hand held "do's and don't eat list" would be very benficial without having to confer back to my book everytime I shop or prepare foods. Without entering all the data in the book into MicroSoft Word into "do's and dont's" is there a list for my blood type (A) with this information........Highly Beneficial, Neutral or Avoid????? Thanks.......

After eliminating wheat, dairy and red meat, I had a rash reaction under my nose that will flair up if I get into any of those items. My energy has increased also. Such an easy way to lose weightI can eat like this forever!!!!
