5. ANTI-STRESS PROTOCOLS

Use this protocol for 8 weeks.

  BLOOD GROUP A
  1. Aromastat (Chamomile: Matricaria recutita), standardized to 1.2% Apigenin: 225 mg, 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily
  2. Cortiguard (Bacopa monnieri): 100 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
  3. Tranquility Base (L-Theanine): 150 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
  4. Methyl 12 Plus (Methylcobalamin): 1000 mcg: 1-2 capsules daily, away from food
  5. Sip Right 4 Your Type 'A' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
  6. Oatstraw (Avena sativa): 750 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
  7. Yoga or Tai Chi: 25-30 minutes, five times weekly
BLOOD GROUP B
  1. Nomad Activator (Cordyceps sinensis), standardized to 7% cordycepic acid: 200 mg, 2-4 capsules, twice daily
  2. Tranquility Base (GABA: Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid): 150 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
  3. Nitricycle: 2-4 capsules, twice daily
  4. Sip Right 4 Your Type 'B' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
  5. Genoma Security (Schisandra chinensis): 100 mg, 2 capsules, twice daily
  6. Meditation, visualization, chanting, singing: 25 minutes daily  
BLOOD GROUP AB
  1. Cortiguard (Bacopa monnieri): 100 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
  2. Nomad Activator (Cordyceps sinensis), standardized to 7% cordycepic acid: 200 mg, 2-4 capsules, twice daily
  3. Sip Right 4 Your Type 'AB' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
  4. Wild Hops (Humulus sp) freeze dried: 250 mg, 1-2 capsules, before bed
  5. Meditation, visualization, yoga, or Tai Chi: 25-30 minutes, five times weekly 
BLOOD GROUP O
  1. Catechol (Rhodiola rosea & L-Tyrosine Formula): 1-2 capsules, three times daily
  2. Sip Right 4 Your Type 'O' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
  3. Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), 0.5% essential oils: 500 mg, 1-2 capsules, before bed
  4. Aerobics, swimming, cycling: 25 minutes, four times weekly 

NON-SECRETORS
Add:

  1. Maitake Extract (Grifola frondosa): 500 mg, 2-3 capsules, twice daily
  2. 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan): 150 mg, 1 capsule, twice daily

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS USABLE BY ALL GROUPS

  1. Phytocal A | Phytocal O | Phytocal B | Phytocal AB ABO-specific Multimineral: 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily
  2. Polyvite A | Polyvite O | Polyvite B | Polyvite AB ABO-specific Multivitamin: 2 capsules, twice daily

NOTES:

  1. Do not take L-Tyrosine supplement if you are on a MAO inhibitor-type drug.
