5. ANTI-STRESS PROTOCOLS 
Use this protocol for 8 weeks. 
 
BLOOD GROUP A

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) herbal tinture: 25 drops in warm water, two or three times daily
Cortiguard (Brahmi Bacopa monnieri),  1-2 capsules, twice daily
L-Theanine 100mg: 1-2 capsule twice daily
Oatstraw (Avena sativa), 750 mg: 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12), 1000 mcg: 1 capsule daily, away from food
Sip Right 4 Your Type 'A' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
Yoga or Tai Chi: 25-30 minutes, five times weekly

BLOOD GROUP B

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), 500 mg: 1-2 capsules twice daily
GABA (gamma amino butyric acid), 500 mg: 1 capsule daily
Nitricycle: 1 capsule once or twice daily
Sip Right 4 Your Type 'B' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
Schisandra/Wu-Wei-Zi (Schizandra chinensis) herbal tincture: 15-25 drops, twice daily
Meditation, visualization, chanting, singing: 25 minutes daily 

BLOOD GROUP AB

Cortiguard (Brahmi Bacopa monnieri),  1-2 capsules, twice daily
Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), 500 mg: 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Sip Right 4 Your Type 'AB' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
Wild Hops (Humulus sp) freeze dried, 250 mg: 1-2 capsules, before bed
Meditation, visualization, yoga, or Tai Chi: 25-30 minutes, five times weekly 

BLOOD GROUP O

Catechol, 250 mg: 1-2 capsules, three times daily
Sip Right 4 Your Type 'O' Tea: 2-3 cups daily
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), 0.5% essential oils, 500 mg: 1-2 capsules, before bed
Aerobics, swimming, cycling: 25 minutes, four times weekly
