27. STOMACH HEALTH PROTOCOLS
Use this protocol for 4 weeks.

BLOOD GROUP A

Quercetin, 500 mg: 1 capsule with meals 2-3X daily
Gastroguard: 1 capsule three times daily
Natrum carbonicum 6c (homeopathic cell salt): 2-3 tablets between meals
Polyflora A (ABO Specific Probiotic): 2 capsule daily

BLOOD GROUP B

Marshmallow (Althea officinalis), 250 mg: 1 capsule with meals 1-2X daily
Cabbage powder, 400 mg: 1 capsule with meals, 1-2X daily
Gastroguard: 1 capsule three times daily
L-Glycine, 250 mg: 1 capsule, twice daily
Polyflora B (ABO Specific Probiotic): 2 capsule daily

BLOOD GROUP AB

Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra), 250 mg: 1 capsule, twice daily
Parsley leaf (Petroselinum sp), 400 mg: 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Gastroguard: 1 capsule three times daily
DGL Licorice (Glycyrrhiza sp), 150 mg capsules or chewable tablets: 1 before meals
Polyflora AB (ABO Specific Probiotic): 2 capsule daily

BLOOD GROUP O

Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), “Fucus Plus”: 1 capsule with meals, 2-3X daily
American Cranesbill (Geranium maculatum), 250 mg: 1 capsule with meals, 1-2X daily
Gastroguard: 1 capsule three times daily
Polyflora O (ABO Specific Probiotic): 2 capsule daily

NON-SECRETORS Add:

Lectin-blocking formula (“Deflect”) specific for ABO group:

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS USABLE BY ALL GROUPS

Green Drink (Harmonia Deluxe): 1 tblsp daily in juice or water
Ginger root (Rhizoma Zingiberis: Zingiber officinalis), 200 mg: 1 capsule before meals

NOTES:

De-glycyrrhizinated (DGL) licorice has no side effects. Anyone with an ulcer should be treated by a physician.
