58. In Feb 98 I had my cholesterol checked at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Los Angeles CA, and found the total to be 274 with the Triglycerides at 226, the HDL at 43, the LDL at 186, and the ratio at 6.4. After three months, in May, I returned to Kaiser had my cholesterol checked and the results were total cholesterol 203, Triglycerides 127, HDL 38, LDL 140, and Ratio 5.3. Overall my emotional swings have seem to even out and things don't get under my skin as easily. Thanks for all the research and perseverence towards this food intake theory, now becoming a reality.
