95. I take allergy medication for "cold-induced urticaria" and since on this diet, now 3 months, I have been able to reduce my antihistamine ,Zyrtec, from 10 mg daily to 2.5 mg. with minimal discomfort. THAT, is amazing, considering that without it, I could barely shop in an air-conditioned store.
