65. I went on the diet during Spring Break in March. This is the first time in TWENTY YEARS that I haven't had a spring allergy. even though I live in the highly polluted Fraser Valley of British Columbia. I am totally amazed. I can't wait to be on it for another year to see how the diet will affect my post polio condition.
