|79. I have had for a number of years a great deal of discomfort in my upper body, especially in the muscles around my rib cage. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and have been treated for the sleep disorder that is associated with FMS but the muscle spasms were not helped by better sleep. Work with and Alexander Technique teacher made significant difference, but I was still aware of muscle disease. A chiropractor mentioned lactic acid build-up as a possible cause of the chronic pain in my muscles. Since I began the diet in April of this year, I have had gradually decreasing muscle pain and spasms.|
