19. Have followed Type O diet pretty diligently in conjunction with Weight Watchers. Have lost 66.8 lbs so far in just under 10 months. Have mainly concentrated on rooting out wheat and corn and eating plenty of the fat burning foods. My energy level is better. Also I previously was very hot all the time which I had attributed to possible hormonal changes, but in a couple of weeks I felt 'normal' - no longer hot and burning. In addition I was previously very short of breath and that significantly improved also. I did have my blood checked a few months ago and my cholesterol etc. levels were well within normal ranges.
