5. Now for the results of the A diet after one month: lost 10 pounds, (want to lose 20 more), cleared up chronic insomnia (sleep like a baby!), no more constipation (b.m. floats!), no more B.O. I feel 'clean' inside. Swelling in hands disappeared. More energy but hard to tell this as I'm under a lot of stress right now. I had been doing about 80% of your diet before I read the book and had drifted to yoga, swimming, and walking as my exercise methods! It validated what I was already doing including eating pineapples every day!
