65. Thank you so much for writing this book. I'm 40 years old and have been tired and sluggish most every day of my life, especially the past several years with the increased demands of children, job, and middle age. I have been carefully following the 'O' type plan for approximately 6 weeks with huge success. I have increased energy and much hope in battling depression. A negative side effect I'm experiencing regularly is that I'm having trouble falling asleep at night which results in difficulty getting up the next morning. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help. I've been sharing my good results with many other people. This book has truly been an answer to prayer.
