11. My husband and I are both B+. We eliminated chicken and decreased our tomato intake as much as possible. We found we rarely got sick, and that our energy had increased. When we have had chicken on a rare occasion we have both not felt well afterward. Eliminating tomato products really improved my husband's constant problems with heartburn. We noticed that the foods recommended for the B diet were foods we actually preferred already which was interesting.
