1. Does a vegetarian diet as prescribed by the Dr. for type A's provide for adequate consumption of ALL essential amino acids - I have akways believed that meat is the only source for some of these protein building blocks?
2. Why, exactly please, are bananas and oranges prohibited for type A's?
3. How strict does one have to be in adhering to the diet? Why does the Dr. allow certain condiments that have ingredients that are not allowed as a food?
