Hmm. When I was in my worst chronic pain I turned to Dr. Susan Lark's anti-PMS advice (before crossing paths with ER4YT). That was a NO beef situation (Cheeseburgers looked downright antagonistic to me.) in which fish and chicken were allowed. What I have found interesting is that after many months on the ER4YT diet, I can eat beef without stirring up the pain symptoms, so there must be some interactions going. Dr. D'Adamo had an interesting post about psoriasis and polyamines a while back. What's your take on the AA levels in fish and poultry? What's your reference? I'd like to learn more about it.
