I never mind people stating the obvious - my little kids do it to me all the time! I found sprouted wheat bread today in one of the really good health shops in Canterbury (lovely place) brought it home for tea and the whole family loved it. A triumph! I'll fetch some more tomorrow. Thank you, it's kind of you to ask your friends, maybe they have some more good ideas if they're enthusiasts.
Today I stop eating red meat. That's no problem. I think I've got to give up tea (proper tea that is, not the 'erbal stuff) As a Brit that's a toughie. Never mind, wish me luck, I'll be so healthy I won't care!
I'm going to post a general question about type A's and high protein/low carb weight loss, take a look and tell me if you've any ideas!
