Don't feel bad, Ann. I'm allergic or sensitive
to all other grains. I've adapted to my own dense,
mushy version of vegetable rice bread (no yeast either)
quite nicely. Gotta admit, when my husband makes
toast in the morning, I start to drool. I just
pretend it's the candida trying to brainwash me!
