Hi, I'm new to ER4YT. I was just introduced to it a week ago, bought the book,
and have been trying it out. So far, so good, I think! I'm a bit confused about
the different types of wheat. When I look at the ingredients on a package, it
will say "wheat flour" but not which kind. What's the difference, and what's ok
for type A?
And if most oils are to be avoided (it seems like all!), what can I use as an
alternative?
I printed out the food lists that were online, and they seemed to help a lot.
I'm thankful this forum is here for me to post, and for any replies.
