Spelt is wheat

I looked up spelt and found out it is an ancient form of wheat and has gluten, so it's not any better than eating wheat. Plus it has blood clotting factors so maybe it isn't such a good idea for some people. I think pretty soon I'm not going to have anything left to eat but rice. L.Ann
