Thomas, I would be concerned about overdoing egg yolks insofar as they activate arachadonic acid, an overabundance of which can lead to cancer and heart problems among other things. Your weightlifting helps here, but supplements to inhibit the arachadonic acid such as green tea, fish oil tablets, soy products, Vit E, C, and quercetin. will help a lot. Of course, as per Barry Sears and the Zone, controlling insulin level which increase arachadonic acid is extremely important.
