EGG: Whites or Yolks

I suppose I could have included this under the
heading of Athletic Recovery
but thought it might be of more general interest.

I have replaced my Whey post workout-drink with
a carrot juice to which I add two raw egg yolks.
That means I am eating around 12 egg yoks a week. Is thaqt a
good idea? Should I be using egg white instead of
egg yolk, etc?
