I was hoping to use Vitamin C

My breads don't freeze well; that is the case
with most gluten-free recipes. When you de-frost
them they crumble. What I'd like is to find a
natural preservative, and was asking about
vitamin C powder. I am a type O and a celiac,
so I can't have any form of gluten.
