Need some suggestions and ideas on recovery. I'm type "O" and have been on ER4YT for appox. 3 weeks. Have found increase in energy and strength from diet. However, when I have a very hard work out, I am completely exhausted for the next 24 hours (not sore - just physically fatigued).
Have tried increasing protein, cal/mag, bladderwrack, water intake as well as rest, but to no avail.
Got any ideas???
Appreciate any help!
