You say you only work out for 45 minutes or an hour, but that you really "trash yourself intensley". Maybe you're just being too hard on your body. Why not ease up a bit and see if that will let you sleep. If your body is so sore you can't sleep, maybe that is your body telling you it's just plain too much.
