Myles, This was a great post It is amazing that you are doing no vitamins at all. Why not? Who puts out this "Ultimate Meal", where do you buy it? Well, I think my training schedule is alright. I train the upper body two times a week, and the lower body two times a week. The prolem is that on the night of my workout the soreness interferes with my sleep. Mind you, I dont train for more than 1 hour and often times for 45 minutes, although I really trash myself intensely in that time. Any ideas you have about recovery in the immediate post-workout phase would be appreciated. Raw meat? I ate quite a bit of steak tartare when I was in France this Winter and really noticed the difference. It REALLY gives you energy. Sushi has the effect but to a lesser degree. I would really like to eat more raw beef, but am afraid of my ability to prepare it. -Thomas
