Are Flax Seeds highly beneficial for A's?
Posted By: Jackie Freedman Date: June-08, 1998 at 19:36:11
I would like to know if FLAX SEEDS are highly beneficial for Type A's? Flax seeds are not mentioned in the ERFYT, but I did a search of all the forums and saw that they are HB for type O's. FLAX OIL is mentioned in the book as being Highly Beneficial for A's. The reason I want to know is that I just read a book called, Estrogen, the Natural Way, by Nina Shandler, which says that flax seeds contain more natural estrogen than soy (which I eat daily and love) and are good for decreasing breast cancer (which I have), preventing menopausal symptoms, preventing heart problems, lowering cholesterol, and preventing osteoporosis.
