There is a link off of Dr. Cathcart's page that points to a company selling Vitamin C Strips. You place your urine on them, and depending on the color, it shows the amount of vitamin C in your urine. This is the only way I know of to measure whether you are getting sufficient vitamin C (with your condition). I tried this, but was not able to develop the expertise to read the strips correctly.

I eventually gave up on Vitamin C therapy and started on ER4YT.
