In Response To: People who 'know' ER4YT, but "won't" do it - an enigma (Steve Shapiro)
I know just what you mean! I tried to show ER4YT to a cousin of mine who had survived breast cancer. She took one look at ONE of the Avoid lists and shut the book saying " Well, won't be doing THIS diet". She is not ignorant about health however, I believe she is in denial and has the problem a lot of people have with the " feel good" foods . I must admitt it is beyond me, how someone can have had a life threatening desease and not do every thing in their power to keep it from coming back At least thery could try it and then if they couldn't deal with it ,I might be able to deal with it better.
