I taught another session of ER4YT last night. About 40 people were in attendance, ranging in age from 2 - 80+. After a twenty minute "lectinologgy 101" lecture, we went into a heavy duty question and answer session. Thanks to all the comments and support of the folks on this web page, I was able to answer all of the questions posed to me, as they had all be posed here previously:
What about eggs? What about the Zone? What about genetics? Peanuts vs Peanut Oil. How do I shop? Yep, people off the net have the same questions as the ones on the net - we are very luck to have this website available to share information, and we are doubly blessed to be able to access it.
It was a true honor to meet so many people who are taking responsibility for their own health. They thanked me, and I can only thank you. best wishes, steve shapiro
