look on the home page of ER4YT where it says B/AB
this will be your message board and then under Archives and Arcana , down toward the bottom, You will be able to find a food list for your AB type. It will give you the guidelines to follow. However, I strongly suggest you buy the book since it explains everything as well as being so interesting. If you can't find the bllk at a book store you can order it at www.amazon.com Good luck
