My insurance paid for the bloodtyping. It's not
that expensive, anyway. Any doctor who discourage
people to find out information about themselves probably
won't be giving anyone the "best care possible" anyway.
YOU need to be informed to get the best care. The doctors
who are suspicious of this type of request are the
same doctors who want to stay up on their pedestals,
and have their patients blindly follow as they continue
making money "treating" people. It takes a lot to
get well once you're sick, and that includes a
doctor who is willing to work with you and listen to
what you tell him is working for you.
