8 mos on diet and still fatigue

Back on 11/96 I had Brain Surgery to repair or clip an anuerysm. I have symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrom: Fibromyalgia, Nuerally Mediated Hypotension. I'm taking many differnt supplements but still feel fatigued alot of the time, although I do feel better while following the diet. Can anyone help with my fatiged!!!
