Maybe he needs vitamin B12 injections. I thought Dr. D. said that older A's might need to inject B12. I don't know if it will help with his fatigue, but he might need it anyway. Plus, other A's have said that not enough protein leaves them fatigued, and I am an A and that sometimes happens to me too. Good Luck.
