Cabbage & insulin & shamanic work

fun following this thread, but I though cabbage is HB for Type B. I've been loving it and getting very good results with ER4YT B diet, overall. I noticed you're Type O, cabbage is "avoid." Just wondering...
Incidentally, loved reading about your background in spiritual practices. Diet appears to have no effect on my shamanic work or dreamwork. Maybe it's the other way around, who knows what brings us to try different eating patterns...?
