Here is a link to an independent review of
"The Rooster". The usual menu was basically
"tweaked" to suit the various blood types.
For example, Essene bread was served, instead of
a baguette. Potatoes were replaced
with something else, etc.

Anyway, check out the link. If you come to San
Francisco, I recommend this restaurant. They will
do their best to accomodate your diet. Of course,
if you are a type "A" vegetarian, another great
place to go is "Green's", which has to be the
greatest and most elegant vegetarian restaurant
in the world! It has a beautiful view
overlooking the Bay.
