Nice to know someone saw that post, OJoan. I think
it ended upon the "Lost Board" somewhere, so I never
got to see if there were any responses.

Although I apprenticed in horticulture several years
back and raise my own organic veggies, I've always
tried to manage more time learning of wild edibles.
(My computer recently devoured all my ethnobotany
bookmarks and I have to start all over again.)

I've been trying to find the most comprehensive field/
identification/preparation guide on the subject -
can you give me any ideas on any good references?
As a northern European type O, I'm interested in
a guide that also offers info on the native origins
of the wild edibles as well.

I appreciate the info!

P.S. The petals of my Rosa Rugosa are delicious!
