How can a pork chop or roast be highly processed?? If we were talking about sausage or bacon, I could see your point.

The ER4YT book is complete silent on the pork subject except for that it is a universal avoid for all types.

I don't know about any one else, but I am busy enough that spending time doing searches of these forums is not the best use of my time.

Corrections/updates to the food lists and any other universal information should be located in one place link, updated only by the doctor and his staff when appropriate. This should be a link on the main page.

When I spent my $20 on the book, I expected a quality product. If there were type errors (heck we are all human and make mistakes) then the corrections/updates should not be so hard to come bye.
