What a great gathering that was!
It was so good to be in company where you didn't have to explain the whole ER4YT thing to talk about some of the ideas.
The food and ambiance of the Rooster were just right for meeting new people and exchanging thoughts about the program.
It was encouraging to see all the new people respond to the diet.
I had a great time and thank you for initiating the idea.
